Shipping
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 12 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

If you're not home when the delivery driver arrives, they will try to deliver the package to a neighbor or take it to a pickup point, depending on the delivery service. In that case, you will receive a message with information on where to pick up your package.

To place an order at Boozyshop, follow these simple steps:
Browse the website: Search for the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Where can I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process, just before you pay. After adding your products to your shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout page, you will see a field labeled "Discount Code." The discount will be immediately deducted from your total amount. Don't forget to check if your code is still valid and that you entered it correctly!

You can enter the digital gift card in the "Discount code or gift card" field during checkout. Once you enter the code, the amount will be automatically deducted.

The Boozyshop gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. This means you have plenty of time to use it for your favorite products. However, make sure to redeem the gift card within this period, as it cannot be used after the expiration date. For more details, you can check the gift card page.
Yes, you can redeem multiple gift cards during the checkout process. Simply enter the codes of the gift cards in the designated field, and their value will be combined for your payment.
No, you don't have to spend the entire gift card balance in one go. If you don't use the full amount, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card, and you can use it later. You can check the balance via the gift card page.
If the purchase amount is higher than the balance on the gift card, you can easily pay the remaining amount using a payment method of your choice.

Returning an Order
Not happy with the product(s) you received? That’s no problem, and we’d be happy to help resolve it. If the product is unused and unopened, it can be returned (well packaged) within 14 days. Click here for the return form

Once the return is received, we will check if it is indeed unused and unopened. You will receive an email once the return is accepted. If the product is opened and/or used, the return will be rejected.
Return Period
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund within a few days. If you chose Klarna, you will receive a new invoice from Klarna within a few days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. These are the costs as calculated by the postal services. Make sure to send the package with a tracking number so that you can always track it. Don’t forget to keep the return receipt safe.

Did you receive a gift with your order? Please note that this also needs to be returned if, after the return, you no longer meet the minimum order value associated with the gift.
